I am a Human Resources professional with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, and I have spent my career building bridges between exceptional Latin American talent and companies around the world.

I am also the founder of 100 Positiva LLC, a company that has been connecting remote LATAM professionals with global organizations since 2021. Over that time, we have delivered more than 400 successful placements across multiple industries.

Padel Coach LATAM was born from that same mission: to bring the best LATAM coaching talent to clubs that need world-class instructors. As a certified padel coach and a first-category player, I understand the court from both sides — as a recruiter and as someone who lives the sport.
